Fibre Braided Packing
A tight-sealing product mainly made of carbon fibre, with PTEE impregnation
and running in special lubricant, weaved in rope or ring shape.
Merits: good thermal conductivity, corrosion proof, abrasion resistance
and chemical stability, high mechanical strength and small starting
torque. It is an ideal material for various dynamic and static sealing.
Suitable for mediums such as acids, bases, salts, strong corrosive
liquid, organic solvent, and liquid nitrogen. Used for the tight-sealing
of industrial equipment such as flanges, valves, pumps, reactors by
such industries as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical engineering, fertilizer,
power generation, pharmacy and apparatus.

Braided Packing
This tight-sealing product is made of PTFE fibre in the center and
high modulus carbon fibre on the four edges, with PTEE impregnation
and running in lubricant, weaved in rope or ring shape.
Merits: good chemical stability, self-lubricating, thermal conductivity,
and ultra low temperature resistant.
Suitable for the mediums such as corrosive chemicals fluids, organic
solvents, and ultra low temperature fluids. Used for the tight-sealing
of industrial equipment in the fields of petroleum, chemical engineering,
fertilizer and papermaking.

Braided Packing
This tight-sealing product is made of carbon fibre having extreme
high compound thermal conductivity, and high strength Kevlar on the
four edges, with PTEE impregnation and running in lubricant, and weaved
in rope or ring shape.
Merits: high strength, good thermal conductivity, low frictional
coefficient, especially suitable for tight-sealing parts in fast-rotating
machines.
Suitable for mediums of water, seawater, steam, oils, solvents,
weak acids, bases, and alcohol, etc. Widely used for the tight-sealing
of industrial equipment such as high-pressure pumps, valves, and reactors
in the industries of chemical fibre, fertilizer, oil extraction and
ethylene.

This tight-sealing product is mainly made of high strength and modules
Kevlar with PTEE impregnation and running in special lubricant, and
weaved in rope or ring shape.
Merits: excellent lubricity and abrasion resistance, especially
suitable for using in the fluidic devices for mixing solid and liquid.
Suitable for steam, organic solvents, acids and bases. Widely applied
to tight-sealing of the positions where have more grinds high abrasion
on the lime-ash pumps, reactors and sludge pumps.
